Christophe Chaptal is Managing Partner of the strategy and transformation firm Experience makers, Editor in Chief of Design fax, the French design reference media, and President of the association Design et Industrie.
A graduate of ESDI and INSEAD, his career as founder of a design agency (Design Service), strategy consultant and senior executive in industry (Groupe SEB, Peugeot) has made him a recognized expert in design as a lever for corporate performance.
As such, he now supports Executive Committees in their strategic thinking on experience-centric business models, and also assists with reorganization and transformation initiatives.
Regular contributor for HBR and Forbes. Author of a dozen books in strategy, design and marketing (Dunod, Vuibert, De Boeck, etc.). Teacher in strategy at Science Po. Editor in Chief of La Lettre de l’expérience and Admirable Design. Lecturer in France and abroad. Former President of the APCI.
